Frequently Asked Questions
When Will I Get My Letter?
The House Coffee Club heads to the mailbox on the 10th of every month. If you join before the 10th, you'll receive that month's envelope. Join after the 10th, and your first envelope will arrive the following month. Most mail arrives within 3–10 days, but snail mail likes to take its time sometimes!
What If I Need To Cancel Or Change My Address/Billing Info?
Email me at hello@thehousecoffeeclub.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email me before the 10th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending!
What Happens If I Don't Receive My Letter?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your letter doesn’t arrive, email me at hello@thehousecoffeeclub.com and I will make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that could be the reason!
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month, please reach out and I can work out sending you a replacement!
